JD’s Mission Steakhouse was established on November 1, 2021 by owners David Torres and Executive Chef Oscar Vazquez. What started as a shared dream between two best friends became a restaurant dedicated to great food, warm hospitality, and memorable dining experiences in Jurupa Valley.

David’s background in hospitality combined with Chef Oscar’s passion for quality cuisine created the foundation for JD’s Mission Steakhouse. Together, they focus on hand-cut dry aged steaks, exceptional service, and an atmosphere where every guest feels welcome.

Meet Our Executive Chef and Co-Owner, Oscar Vazquez a culinary mastermind with over 20 years of experience in the kitchen. With a passion for creative cuisine and a dedication to excellence. With a deep understanding of flavors, techniques, and ingredients, Chef Oscar has crafted menus that delight and inspire. His culinary expertise spans a wide range of cuisines specializes on modern yet traditional cuisine with a very unique gastronomic twist. Chef Oscar & his team make each plate eye appealing & tasteful.
